Lo Lo Lo Lo

Ever since I started my blog I've been telling my sister that I want her to let me style her and have her do a guest blog. I don't know what her deal is ;-) but she's been pretty resistant. Finally I at least coerced her into posing for a few pictures while we were in the city a couple of weeks ago and I think they turned out pretty great! I kind of LOVE her top and how cool it looks contrasted against this much tagged wall.

 So, blogger friends and readers, I am pleased to introduce you to my MOH, my best friend, my 'Lo Lo', my 'twin', and little sister, Miss Lauren.

What I do know is that I love discovering walls like this around the city. And I can't help but think a little bit of Fashion Fate stepped in and landed us a parking spot right there, the perfect spot for the day's outfit photos.

I absolutely love all of the bright colors I've been seeing in stores lately and for some reason the stripes and bright colors in this outfit had me thinking of Sue Ellen Crandell. Remember her...Sue Ellen Crandell who took on the head of household while her mom was out of town and the babysitter died? One of my favorite parts of that movie was always the big party at the end with the super coloful uniform fashion show. Of course when I tracked down a video of the fashion show I realized why I was reminded of this movie...apparently my top is the much younger cousin of the referee uniform that Sue Ellen designs. Leprechauns, Pots of Gold, Corned Beef & Cabbage, Green Beer....what's not to love about St. Patrick's Day?! I celebrated this year with St. Patrick's Day High Tea at the English Rose Tea Room nestled in the super quaint downtown Pleasanton. Irish tea and Cucumber Mint Sandwiches were scrumptious of course and we did a bit of walking around before I found the perfect spot to snap some photos of my St. Patty's Day green garb!

How did you celebrate the Holiday?? Amongst many Pots of Gold I hope!

I can't seem to get enough of this Spike the Punch necklace! It's such a bold statement necklace that it seamlessly pairs with an ultra sleek dress but looks equally stunning with a tee shirt and jeans. I think you'll continue to see me wearing this piece in a lot of my posts!

I have been loving the weather this past week and taking advantage of it as much as possible. Yesterday my sister and I road our bikes downtown to do some thrifting, grocery shopping, and sneak in some photos outside of our favorite movie theater. I was bummed to hear the forecast that rain will be returning Saturday, but this might be the perfect opportunity to finally go see Oscar Winner 'The Artist'! Has anyone seen it?

The much anticipated Live SF Posh Party was a total blast! Acre/SF is a rad boutique in North Beach where you can shop and grab a snack while you're at it, so it was perfect for a Posh Party {and perfect for someone like me who can never get enough clothes or food!} Poshmark asked participants to bring a dress to list in the app party so we were able to see and try on dresses in person too...they make it way too easy for us shopaholics :-). I had a great time sipping bubbly, chatting with a bunch of fab ladies, and goofing off at the photobooth, thanks Poshmark for hosting such a great event!
