I'd love to know what the artist was thinking when he painted this piece in a Civic Center alleyway.
What I do know is that I love discovering walls like this around the city. And I can't help but think a little bit of Fashion Fate stepped in and landed us a parking spot right there, the perfect spot for the day's outfit photos.
