F3 at the Cotton Mill

Gap Jacket, thrifted/ Olive & Oak Dress, via stitch fix/ Bamboo Shoes/ B.Makowsky Bag/ Michael Kors Watch/ H&M Ring
On Friday night I attended the F3 event at the Cotton Mill Studios in Oakland. Cotton Mill Studios is a really industrial-chic residential building that rents its lofts out to mainly artists and small businesses. They describe it as a 'Work-Live Environment'. So for these events many of the residents open up their lofts to the attendees to showcase their work alongside other local artists and designers. Fortunately for me, Yelp was hosting one of its fabulous Elite events in one of the artists studios to coincide with the F3 event. Yelp events are always great but this one was right up my alley! Besides the usual [delicious] free food and drinks provided by Yelp, this event had music, art, a shopping bazaar, fashion shows and other performances. Needless to say we had a great time and of course I walked away with a few goodies!

To Do List: Recreate this Watermelon Juice & Jalapeno Cocktail, double yum!
Each Yelp Elite member took home one of these fun red watches!
One of the residents created 'The Corpse Reviver', a fancy schmancy cocktail mixer.
I'm obsessed with Damask print so of course I loved this backdrop!
My scores from the night: Yelp watch, gorgeous [now] jewelry tray, and amazing Dear Mina Necklace

  2. You looked fantastic - makeup, hair, outfit, accessories...just all worked together flawlessly. Love the look of your blog. I try to spruce mine up but it still looks so blah.
